Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using OllieSafe, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse OllieSafe — including by attempting to access systems you are not authorized to use, by interfering with the operation of the service, or by uploading malicious content.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy.
Compliance disclaimers
OllieSafe is a software tool. While we work hard to keep our rule library up to date, you remain responsible for your compliance with applicable workplace safety laws. OllieSafe is not a substitute for legal or safety counsel.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OllieSafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
